Rupp and Webb are both quoted at being able to run 11.0. I’ll take Webb for this considering he put on a 12.x burst in the middle of a race, I’m sure he could break 11 if he can do something like that. Rupp is possible just because he was also faster(not fitter) than farah straight from the mouth of Sal. Both putting up good ranges from 1:43, 3:46, 8:11, 13:10, 27:30 - 1:49, 3:50, 8:07, 26:44
No and it’s not even that close. People mention Coe. Not even close over 100/200. I watched Coe run a 200 a few weeks before his 800 wr. My roommate who couldn’t run the women’s wr in the 100 or 200 absolutely smoked him and he lost. Coe was last. 22.3 at fastest from memory. Obviously no where near 11.0 for 100. I don’t think anyone who could break 10.49 could run the women’s 1500 wr. Most wouldn’t get close to the 800.
Coe's best 200 is reportedly around 21.7. Maybe a fraction faster. But that still means he won't be taking the women's 100/200 records.

Most commenters do not get that great male md runners - which is what they would need to be - are not sprinters. They don't get near 10.5 for the 100 or even 21.3 for the 200. Some might be faster than 47.6 for the 400 but if they are they are unlikely to beat 14:00 for the 5k or 29:00 for 10k.
I will point out again that there is already a runner that has verifiably run faster than the Woman's 100m AND 1500m WR. Brandon Johnson has PBs of 100m- 10.41 & 1500m- 3:45. So it's certainly possible for a sub 10.5 male to run faster than the Womens WR for 1500m because it's already been done. All the way up to 10k? Nope.
10.41 and 3:45 is right in that spot to make it look possible. Certainly the best official sub 10.5 runner to put up a decent 1500 time.
And any 4 minute miler should have a crack at a good 10,000 time. But I still that 29 low would be out of reach for someone geared with wheels like that.

Johnson’s 1500m time is significantly inferior to what did in the 800m, which indicates a steep curve that would have resulted in him being nowhere near the 5 and 10 WRs.
Probably a hybrid type athlete like Nick Bare could do it with his insane combination of both strength (power lifting) and endurance (elite marathoner and ultra runner).
Some of the gentlemen from 1950 to 1970 were very talented.
* Does anyone know how fast Tom Courtney was: 100y, 100m, 200m, 220y, 1500m or 1 mile? He has a 45.8h 400m time.
* Does anyone know how fast was Ralph Doubell, 100y, 100m, 200m, 220y. 400m, 440y, 1500m or 1 mile? I am certain R Doubell was a faster sprinter than Jim Ryun. Doubell was willing to race elite 400m men of the era, 600 yards, indoors. Doubell wasn't embarrassed in 600 yard races against elite 400m men.
* I would likely bet against Peter Snell, f.a.t. 10.48 100m, but does anyone know his 100y, 100m, 200m, 220y, 400m and/or 440y speed?
Only skimmed the 1st page but Augustine Choge comes to mind. 1:44 800. 28:22 10k @ altitude. 59:26 half.
Any evidence he can come close to the 100/200? I think most of us expect these fast distance guys are going to be like11/22/46.5 type runners who can then do 1:43/27:30.
I am pretty sure the person who could do this would run the 100m at like 17 and then start doing the distance. Get some fiber conversion to lose a bit of the speed and gain endurance. Some guy who runs 400/800/1500 in college and then retires to run marathons for fun. But again 10.5 is getting really fast and the level where .1ths get hard to shave off

Nick Bare would be lucky to sniff sub 15:30 in the 5k with full focus lmao
Watcke is the most similar profile to Brazier so he's a contender. Both excellent in XC and ran 47.xx for 400 in high school. Watcke has the distinction of being the only high schooler to ever break 15:00 for XC 5k and 48 seconds for open 400. Still would be tough for him to get under 10.5 I expect, but he has the profile for it for sure.
The women's 100m/200m lists are too juiced (testosterone) to make even a fair female 100m to female 10,000m comparison.
I know that most believe that all events are full of dopers, but Wada's testosterone limits are different for each event and in the women's sprints it's ridiculously high. Testosterone will have a way bigger impact on women's performance than say EPO.
If everyone was clean in all events, I'd absolutely say that there have been multiple men that could've accomplished the feat.
