Yes it's especially susceptible that Kerr did it indoors on tight bends and him being a giant of a man for a middle distance runner.
And he has such beautiful biomechanics the stilts I saw him on a video just shows him running so relaxed with all his arms and legs at the right positions in space and time. I find his technique even better than Jakob's actually and Jakob has very good technique himself.
Nuguse and Hocker are the worst of them all!!
