The answer to your question lies in Okinawa Japan. I've been there before and the women there are more beautiful than western ones. They have perfect manners, are soft spoken and gentle in word, treat their men with respect and honor, very submissive. They place a premium on child rearing and are very good mothers. They focus on moral values like love, peace, kindness, forgiveness, long-suffering etc.
You can try Chiangmai Thailand too. Most of the better women are all in Asia though. China Xinjiang is not too bad too. The women there are totally dream-like for men looking for conservative moral tradition. Of course, China is ultra conservative which explains.......LGBTQ is banned.
You definitely haven't been to Xinjiang China? The women there are 11 or 12 out of 10. So hot that they are ignorant about their hotness. No narcissism at all. It's something to do with their Chinese traditional upbringing. I do find women from socialist states have superior beauty and morality to western ones. Russian women comes to mind as well but they are a bit more loose.
