Yes and no. Muslim Girls and boys are separated once they hit puberty. They sometimes don’t even walk down the same hallways. So they aren’t playing for some political reason or because they don’t like transgender. It’s because they cannot be around males. Let alone play sports with them. Address a muslim woman when her husband is next to her and you would think you slapped her. Different culture.
You've been watching too much Fox News. I travel for work to the Middle East (including last month Saudi Arabia), and what you describe is the fringes... not the mainstream. Using a generalisation like that would be like describing all Americans as polygamists because you saw an episode of Sister Wives.
Let the boys and girls compete together until puberty.
After that, any girl who can compete with the boys -- let her.
But boys playing on girls teams -- that's nuts
Whose puberty though? Girls go through puberty considerably earlier than boys - and female puberty causese girls to go through a host of physical, emotional and social changes that are very different to the changes that boys go through during male puberty of adolescence.
Normal age for female puberty to begin is anywhere from 8 to 13, though some pediatricians today say female puberty starting at 7 should now be considered normal.
At any rate, it's totally normal for girls to be undergoing breast development at 8, and to start ovulating and menstruating at 9 and 10 - though most girls start their periods when they are 11 or 12. The means for girls, puberty can start as early as 2nd or 3rd grade - and quite a few girls in 5th or 6th grade will be in the throes of female puberty or already through it.
Going through female puberty at age 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 makes life difficult enough as it is for pre-teen girls. Having girls compete against boys in sports in lower school and middle school just makes girls' lives harder .
Boys who are 10, 11 and 12 never have to deal with any of the issues that are such a handicap in sports that a great many of their same-age female classmates have to contend with - breast tenderness and pain; menstrual cramps; heavy menstrual bleeding and clotting; menstrual-related anemia; PMS; PMDD; unpredictable female cycles leading to periods suddenly coming on unexpectedly and causing embarassing accidents...
Moreover, whilst many boys get bullied by other boys in school, they don't have to deal with the sexual objectificaiton and sexual harassment that's unfortunately part of daily life for a large number of girls starting in LS and really ramping up in MS - sexual harrassment that girls routinely get from boys they go to school with who are the same age, older boys and grown men.
Puberty aside, all the records from youth sports, PE and programs like the US President's physical fitness challenge shows that boys outperform girls in nearly all sports and most sports-related activities like running, jumping, kicking, throwing, climbing etc from the earliest ages for which records are kept. Which is usually age 5, 6 or 7.
Only when it comes to flexibility and balance do little girls perform as well as, or better than, little boys.
Outwardly, many of the physical differences between boys and girls that exist long before puberty of adolescence kicks in appear relatively small when compared to the massive and glaringly obvious physical differences between the sexes that develop as and after girls go through female puberty and boys go through male puberty. But myriad physical differences between girls and boys are present prior to puberty of adolescence all the same - and most of those physical differences tip the balance in favor of boys in nearly all sports, giving boys a definite advantage.
IMO, this means the approach you suggest - "Let the boys and girls compete together until puberty" - ends up being unfair to the vast majority of girls.

No you don’t and yes they do. Your fantasy anecdote does not override the very strict standards in a conservative Muslim household.
Correct. I embarrassingly put my hand out to shake hands & introduce myself to a Muslim mother at parent-teacher conferences about 10 years ago. She declined and looked defiantly at me, saying "I'm married, so I'm not to touch another man."
I felt like shiz. I keep this in mind any time I have an in-person interactions with Muslim parents I work with.
Having actually lived in a Muslim country for two years, I never had any experience like what you are describing. That makes me think you are either lying or encountered an ultra strict wahabbi Muslim (which are in the vast minority especially in the US and there would have been other more visible signs including her attire).

Do you also give Hitler props for standing up for what he believed?
What did he believe?
Please support with actual statements made by Hitler
Mein Kampf. Then the Second World War and the Holocaust. All of it was based on his beliefs and none of it happened without him driving it. But as the anti-Semite you are you are in continued denial of all that.
that's a stupid comment. boys are stronger and faster than girls. it's just science. it's not fair for the GIRLS who are being forced to play against biological males. they're being step up to lose or worse get hurt. not sure if you've done any research/googling but a few months back a high school girl was really badly hurt during a field hockey game when a biological male player hit her with the ball
What team forfeited? What team had a transgender player? FFS, at least back up your bigotry with a half-fact or two. Who, when, where, etc, you miserable sh!theel! Otherwise, it’s easy to conclude, you’re a lying liar.
Averroes forfeited. The other school is Waldorf.
This story has not been picked up by the national media so far. Maybe they don't want to hail Muslim girls as heroes like they did with Christian girls in Vermont last year.

They wouldn't know whether to label themselves as transphobic or islamophobic
