Running 2:32 in warm conditions is a great result for him when 2:20 was his pre PE average in cool weather. Seems to be finally mostly recovered. Glad to see it.
Look Hawaiians have told people to limit coming because of the strain on resources. I believe Sage goes too often imo. Ok now back to prediction 2:32. It’s not an easy course from what I read so you can’t just compare every 26.2 distances equally.

This is solid if he is 50 years old or if it is a woman. It is not very good for a man in his 30s
