No, I merely point to some well known facts. The details in the family relationships and what athletes and coaches should do or not has not been my theme here… But I think it’s really enjoyable that Jakob gets significantly better year after year, and hope and believe his injuries will be short lived. -Interesting if he can pick up something from Nordås’ strategies about staying injury free -reducing treadmill workouts and asphalt running, etc, and running in nature…

Yes, injuries is happening in total isolation, and how you handle them is totally independent from your strategy for the season and how you feel physically and psychologically.
