I must be missing something. All I see is sun damage on her skin; some people have really sensitive skin and experience photoaging more quickly (people with freckles, for example). The other thing is that she has a crooked smile and a lot of facial asymmetry. When she was young, it looked really cute. I think people may now be mistaking that for some kind of injury or excessive wear and tear.

My husband recently had total shoulder replacement surgery. It was done as an outpatient--he was at the hospital from 6 am to 1 pm. The hospital bill (not including the fee for the surgeon, who billed separately) was over $120,000. Fortunately we have insurance which paid for almost all of it. Yes, it's a scam. The actual goods and services provided by the hospital couldn't have been worth more than a few thousand bucks.
