Private clubs and fraternal organizations can now be shuttered or forcibly integrated if they use race as an admissions criteria.
Eliminate the use of redlining for insurance and credit reasons.
Racial discrimination is ALREADY illegal in private clubs and organizations, insurance, and credit reasons, and has been for almost 60 years.
For some reason colleges were allowed to get away with overt racial discrimination longer than everyone else. Not anymore.
