The same could be said for Cam's recent resurgence as his really slow recovery& mid level intensity with super high volume makes him respond.
Correct. Training partners are more likely to lead to overtraining than an improvement in performance. Especially with a population of immature American males keen to whip their units out at any opportunity. Training by yourself, or with a group of mature peers, allows you to focus on what you need to do and not dig yourself a hole.
