    don't underestimate her! Last year's indoors she anchored the DMR in a 4:30 with a mile prelim in her legs, then came back the following day to take second in the mile before a quick hour turnaround to grab gold in the 3K in 8:59 too!!! It's definitely possible!

    I am rooting for her but she needs an 8:55 or better to make it in the 3k this year. Her PR is 8:53 so I think she can do it...

    These prelims are pretty uninteresting as they go along at 4:50 or so pace and then kick

    Please do. Valby hasn't looked unbeatable lately and I'm betting a fresh Chelangat can pace herself well and close for the win. We've seen a version of this movie before.
