Dublin right now Is in a rebuild mode as is a lot of the teams in NCS that are in the Tri Valley/Mt Diablo area.
New high school in Dublin Emerald might divvy up talent.
Williams ? The one from Acalanes, oh sorry , don't see that happening. She was a minute slower this season than the prior one in the 3200. Not to be mean, hope she comes back strong.
Jaelyn Williams from Eastlake. Ran 4:46/10:11 this past season and fourth place in the state last year in xc. As for Olivia Williams, I think she focused on water polo last season. Doing cross country and water polo in the same season like she had been doing is insane. especially when you have to bulk up to be effective at water polo. so no shock that hurt her going into track.
The younger Cavanaugh will be the 5th runner for Oakdale for the second year in a row if both Oliveoras are healthy.

Time Trial results are up. They were slower at all top 7 positions than last year.
Doesn’t appear that they were missing anyone from their top 7 in this race this year

The team seems like it is getting smaller.
Only 4 freshman girls and not many freshman guys ran this race.

Yeah, Cathedral can put on something if all the guys have improved in the last year, which I’m almost certain. Fabila the transfer seems like this was his first season running XC and track. 9:49 is impressive for no running background. Im sure they'll have him and skarr around 15:30s at state course.

Are there any other transfers coming in to Cathedral besides Fabila?
Trabuco Hills returns 7 sub-4:30 runners in addition to Clemons who scored for them at the XC state meet but didn’t have his best track season
