This list is right but I have Shaw as their sixth runner. NC State will show everyone why they are the National Champions this Friday. If you look at the stats, NC State can put all 5 in the top 25 at Nationals and all 7 runners inside top 50. I don't get the people saying OK State will defeat NC State. They are not living in reality.

Cook is built like a world class runner. Her HS PR s are faster than Tuohy's. Tuohy doesn't have the physique of a world class runner.

Yea i agree, i dont know anymore what physique (or form!) disqualifies you? Grant Fisher vs any kenyan, nick symmonds, purrier, cranny, hasan, seidel, I cant figure it. I think its just weight to power. There are some patterns to be sure, not a lot of 6-4 200 pd marathon elites, but lots of exceptions.
Tuohy posts only ONCE every 3-5 months, doesn't repost anything about herself while and Cook posts 3 times every day and posts so much about herself, posts every single day on instagram stories and is way too proudly vain but you call her humble but Tuohy is not?
The quiet one who isn't even making use of her popularity and 83k followers is not humble yet the girl who kept posting about herself is the humble one? So how does that work? Seriously 😂

Well not sure what "elite" means, but some recent US runners. I think Tuohy at 20 has run what Kelati did at 22, and what Schweitzer did at 21. Abby Dag ran about the same 5000 as Tuohy at 20. Tuohy seems faster than Monson was at 20, but Monson got to 8:45 at 21. What the future holds, who knows?

Katelyn has a very high ceiling. She was comparatively undertrained in high school and has not yet reached her full natural physical maturation. She still looks 20 while some of her competitors look half a decade older than they are. I said last year her 1500m time and closing speed were going to surprise. She has a lot more natural speed than people thought if they were not familiar with her race history. Just the matter of being healthy.
Good to here. If Hutchins ever reads this, talent does not go away. Sometimes you have to slog on through due to injuries etc, but it will come back.
Thats what i said to her, i told her she got this! and she said thank you, i congratulated her for her performance at jamboree, it was better than her previous, and i also told her that if shes struggling she can reach out to KT for advice, but jenna said everything is ok and shes not injured~
