15 minutes until Bor, Keter and Jager take the track. Then Sinclaire, Ellie & Cory in W 1500 and tho I'm not a sprints guy, the M 100 looks intriguing to say the least. Couldn't care less about mixed 4 X 4.

Lol
I know it’s early, but LOL at this crowd turnout. Built this state of the art facility in the middle of nowhere.

Early??? The meet has started & is over in just 3 hours. This is in no way a diss on Eugene but it's the state of T & F in the U.S.
there must be plenty of seats left? I'm a USATF member (VIP), and I'm getting offers to buy tickets.
Terrible look for track to have these obese shot putters
Weather looks awesome, little to no wind, low humidity, 78 degrees.

A little known fact is that a stadium MUST hold 30,000 people to be eligible for the world championships.
So even if the architects and engineers calculated that a maximum of 12,000 people would attend, they HAD to build 30,000 seats regardless

Huh? Ummm, not even close.
Steeple heats are off. I hate how they are doing it. Top 3 and next 6.
It should be top 5 period. Or 4 and 3. 100% not 3 and 6.
I mean the first heat had 4 of the top 9 guys in the world.

Haven't been following the men's HJ jump in forever, but has anyone else gotten over 8ft other than Sotomayor?
No one since Sotomayor,
And in the 1960s dozens had achieved it?
New colorway or dragonfly 2s?
Keter takes an elbow from ElBakkali and then moves into Top 3 with 600 meters to go.
