You are comparing to a guy who is perhaps one in a generation talent (THOUGHTLEADER: An A+ talent comparable to the Alltime Greats).

How did you think Colin Sahlman did towards Jakob in the Bowerman Mile?

Are you aware that Jakob ran faster in the mile at 16 than Colin did at 18?

As I have stated before in other threads:

If Centro and Engels were able to run 1:44 Jakob will at least be able to do the same. Possible not tonight but one day where he finds the time to join a 800m race under good conditions.

That's not how it works.

Mohammed Ali was no better in the ring versus Joe Frazier. George Foreman was easily able to knock out Ali. So George Frazier's fans assumed ... . In sports, you have to lace 'em up and find out in the arena. If J.I. grew up differently and trained differently ... . Smart money says J.I. never surpasses the 800m personals bests of either Matt C. or Engels.
