Why is Winsmer even involved in this? The guy has no impressive PRs, botched their AR mile attempt, and seems to only be there because he's forced his way into the Next Gen Track group. It honestly seems like he's a last resort play until they find a decent fourth guy to join their training group. There are several Nike runners available in Oregon to replace him and West if they wanted this to be a good Nike PR event and have it count as an actual AR/WR.
Less than ideal weather, because its April at Penn Relays:

Time trial events nobody in the rest of the world actually races. (4xMile lololololol.) Call it a "world best" (through Galen never got one of those and never will).

Imagine if NBA guard, PGA Tour golfer or any real pro athlete sat out tough games/comps, and then said to the fans "If you don't like it, you yourself should play better." Pathetic.
He'll NEVER sniff a runner like Jakob I, Timothy C, or Joshua C. At least he knows his place, running rinky-dink time trials against nobody.
