Seems to me that if Ari is burned out, it's from trying to keep up with Lionel's training. If Ari was training about how Spencer was/is, and is now swimming and cycling a ton, and also running probably more than before, not sure how that's going to work out.

This is so ironic. Do you ever wonder why humans need to brush their teeth? No other animal needs to brush their teeth to keep their teeth healthy. The very first time we see humans with rotted teeth in the fossil record, is right at the start of civilization and a transition to a mostly plant based diet. Even today we still eat enough carbohydrates that we have to engage in twice daily artificial teeth cleaning because our diet is so different than what we are meant to eat. Be honest, do you brush your teeth? Would you believe me if I told you that people who eat a Paleo diet never have to brush their teeth and have no risk for cavities?
