Week 6: 3/28/22 - 4/3/22
Mon - about 6 miles easy (about 10:13 minute pace)
Tues - 1 mile wu (about 10:00), 2 mile tempo (8:09 pace, negative split), 1 mile cd (about 9:50)
Wed - about 6 miles easy (about 9:30 pace)
Thurs - 1.5 mile wu (about 9:45 pace), 8x200 w/ 200m jog (all under 45 seconds, anywhere from 41-44 seconds), 1.5 mile cd (about 9:45 pace)
Fri - about 3 miles easy (about 9:00 pace)
Sat - AM - about 2 miles easy (about 9:00 pace)
PM - about 5 miles easy (about 9:15 pace)
Sun - 9 miles long run at 9:08 pace (last mile was in 8:09)
Total: about 40 miles
Watch is working again, but I don't have it with me right now, so these are pretty much all the runs I remember. The mileage might be about 40.5 or so, but it's pretty much the same anyway. Proud of the 9 miler Sunday, that's my longest so far.
