You keep missing the parts of my posts where I say nothing significant is going to come of this and it's for for the same reason you allude to. It's not something that enough people care enough about to endure much of anything resembling a hardship or negative consequence for. You'll get a few school districts that will require kids to compete on the team that matches the sex on their birth certificates and a few states will pass similar laws. But there won't be much effect. If female athletes really want to keep transgender women from competing as females they're not going to do it with isolated anonymous complaints. They'll need some sort of large collective response and as I've already said, I don't see it happening because so few are interested in or affected by this.
