Of course. That's why Epstein "committed suicide" and also why you'll never see Maxwell see the light of day or live to speak freely, so long as she exists on this Earth.
Trial did not get a lot of media attention because it was in Federal court with a strict ban on courtroom video/audio. It is just hard to get ratings with second hand narration and courtroom artist sketches.
That being said, there is definitely a dearth of investigative reporting on all the connections between Epstein and all the powerful people who were documented as being passengers on the Lolita Express. There is clearly a red line as even the prosecutors in Maxwell's case kept Virginia Giuffre out of the case to avoid getting Dersh and Prince A dragged into the case.
Hopefully the Maxwell conviction will help some of the victims come forward and name names. All the rich and powerful people who rode on the Lolita Express are getting away with child molestation. These people could go on any private plane to any yacht or island filled with high priced prostitutes in their social circles. They hung around with Epstein because he had young girls on his pervert island.
There is no way that Epstein and Maxwell did not have an ulterior motive for hooking up Andrew. Can't blame people for extrapolating that likelihood hood and all the other associations in possible grand conspiracies. I think it's still guessing about the other people who went to the Island, ranch, or wherever else. Maybe there were older women for people like Clinton, However, prostitutes or otherwise consenting age would still have come out with their stories, some of them would have by now. Dershowitz seems guilty because Giuffre has won a civil case against Maxwell for defamation. He, like Andrew, was also named to be protected by Epstein. Why name exemptions for anyone innocent? Seems like she is credible. Let's see what happens with the case, which he filed only after he could not get her case dropped. It looks very suspicious that he waited for this late in the game to file a countersuit. If he was clean, it seems he would have gotten a cease and desist on any accusations from Giuffre, which she started making in 2014, a long time ago. Too bad the statute of limitations has expired on him. Too bad, he can't be involved in a conspiracy charge where involved in getting Epstein to protect him in 2008.

Generally criminal trials are not conducted for multiple defendants. The state prosecution may be planning, or at least investigating other potential charges. It would make sense to bring Maxwell's case first, given the number of accusers. If she hadn't been convicted, it wouldn't be worth the time to charge others.
People who refuse to read "MSM" are her accusing MSM of not covering something they did cover. Then the spout wild conspiracy theories with no factual basis. These people just have to turn everything into an "us vs. them" show by distorting any conjecture possible.
Maxwell is now a convicted sex trafficker. She will go to jail for the rest of her useful life and rightfully so.
Others who were implicated will now be prosecuted if enough evidence exists. If not enough evidence, they may get away with something or they may be wrongfully accused.
