Doesnt...some the finish line is at a lower elevation that the start and has one hill, its legit.
You just described the course.
Who's ready to see the NCAA record go down on this course?

I don't know, but I did note everybody who has been asked about the course uses the same word - "fast". And the runners expect the race to be fast.
I was at Mt. Sac last weekend, and it's a freaking joke.
Yes, my high school courses were infinitely hillier. Not just what I think, but given that I can get elevation maps for Mt. Sac and a few of the courses I recall, I'm right.
What am I getting at? One of the biggest states in the nation is contributing to this pussification of XC courses. When OK State is held in high regard for a road race on grass, I know I'm on the right track.
Hating the game, not the players. But the players bemoaning "difficult" courses need to get a grip.
19:25. lol.
That division 2 cross country course tho 🤝

I agree. D1 is baby nationals now.
They should have a course like this.

You agree that the d2 course was tougher? It was materially flatter than ARP and was on a golf course. Those d2 runners saw a flat course and thought they could treat it like a track meet. Oops.
The one thing we always said about racing xc in Fla; humidity was our hills. St Leo had it, ARP escaped it, almost.

Lol nice troll job. 435 feet elevation gain over 5k(almost all of it in the middle 2 miles). The older you get the better you were!
