Although I agree that intersex athletes do possess an inherent advantage, the idea that they're biologically indistinguishable from adult males seems hyperbolic.
It's also worth remembering that neither Mboma nor Nyonsaba are top ranked in either the 200m or 5K, respectively (although Mboma's 48.5 400m is an all-time mark, and the fastest this year), and had Athing Mu and Keely Hodgkinson been around to check the intersex 800m dominance in London and Rio, I wonder whether the current ban would even exist.
That said, I still cautiously support the ruling. I just don't think it's as straightforward, or as simplistic an issue as many claim.
