This thread is incredibly pathetic. It's like there's a subset of posters who salivate at the prospect of a woman doing anything so that they can b!tch about it. Less incel, more confidence, boys. Allie's going to do great things.

Oooooo, tough talk from behind a keyboard! This "weak whiny runner" has three NCAA steeplechase titles (at only 5'1"), three top-6 finishes in NCAA cross including a runner-up, an eighth place finish in the Olympic Trials, a win at the Millrose Games, and qualified for a World Championship team. And she doesn't even use the wind to her advantage like you do. So clearly your resume must be much better than hers. Let's hear it. We'll wait.

She literally tagged "Albuquerque" in the video. Have you guys ever used the internet before?
LOL, Albuquerque is not real place! It's a fictional town from an old Bugs Bunny cartoon. You are such a silly willy.

She was running 60+ MPW in HS.
What was she running at Boise St? Lots of training modalities to add aerobic work that is necessary for the marathon. Just listening to her in this video gives plenty of hints on how she could keep herself healthier and less stressed.
I wonder this too. Ever since becoming a Beast she's been plagued with injuries of various degrees. I have to assume Mackey is the problem here since I didn't think she was injured much in college
Allie is simply delightful and this video made me a fan.

Yet here you are, posting excessively on a thread about her, where no threads about you exist.
She has had some issues biking. She wouldn't last long in Belgium. It can get very windy and the big girls would shove her into the gutter.
Maybe mountain running is really her thing?
wind is literally the worst element to train in. you get used to humidity, altitude and the cold...but never wind. everyday i run in 10-20 mph wind :(
