I'm glad that we have been having good economic news.

When we had over 60 straight months of job growth under Obama, Republicans would either call the stats false or look for bad stats to tout.

They loved talking about the labor participation rate which included stay-at-home moms, students, early retirees, etc.

We've been having steady, positive economic momentum for a while.

And that builds on itself.

We have the lowest unemployment rate in a really long time and that may push wages up as companies compete for good employees.

If some executives feel more inclined to hire because of Trump, I'll take it.

Here's what I'm concerned about this administration:

He wants to sharply cut medical subsidies and his budget cuts a lot of programs.

That takes money out of people's hands who spend it right back into the economy.

That will be a decrease in sales for some industries, so they will have to make cuts to compensate.

Trump inherited a growing economy.

I'm happy if we keep it going.
