35% of Americans will vote for Trump. I can not imagine that Biden will get more than 50% turnout from his base. Biden does have a bunch of money, but will commercials get his people into voting booths with mail in voting curtailed in many swing states.

Turnout is going to suck for both, but it's Trump who will give Biden the edge. He is simply repulsive enough that a lot of voters are motivated to ensure he doesn't set foot in the WH again. It's in swing states that Ds will dial up the reminders of Trump's danger to the country. And Trump will be doing one public belly flop after the other, making it easy for voters.
