In Trump 2.0 nobody gets fired. They just get moved around. Trump learned in 1.0 when he has a wall on cable news with pictures of all the people he has fired he look like an inept picker of talent and an inept leader.
And of course the fired people write books about how awful Trump is as a leader and a human.
