Another '2A is an absolute right that must be fought for at all levels' to '2A is just a concept, not really meant to be followed if Democrats insist on taking advantage of it' convert.
After reviewing tens of thousands of emails and nonpublic documents between the Biden White House and Big Tech, the Committee's report reveals: Big Tech changed their content moderation policies because of the Biden White House The Biden White House's censorship targeted true information, satire, and other content that did not violate the platforms' policies The Biden White House's censorship campaign had a chilling effect on other speech The White House had leverage because the companies had other policy concerns involving the Biden Administration The Biden White House pushed censorship of books, not just social media While the Biden White House's pressure campaign largely succeeded, its effects were devastating. By suppressing free speech and intentionally distorting public debate in the modern town square, ideas and policies were no longer fairly tested and debated on their merits. The First Amendment prohibits the government from "abridging the freedom of speech." Thus, "any law or government policy that reduces that freedom on the [social media] platforms . . . violates the First Amendment." To inform potential legislation, the Committee and Select Subcommittee have been investigating the Executive Branch's collusion with third party intermediaries to censor speech. The Committee and Select Subcommittee have uncovered other serious violations of the First Amendment throughout the Executive Branch during the Biden Administration.
The Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday reaffirmed its support for the U.S. intelligence community’s conclusion that the Russian government interfered in the 2016 presidential election with the goal of putting Donald Trump in the Oval Office.
Tuesday’s bipartisan report, from a panel chaired by North Carolina Republican Richard Burr, undercuts Trump’s years of efforts to portray allegations of Kremlin assistance to his campaign as a “hoax,” driven by Democrats and a “deep state” embedded within the government bureaucracy.
Sean Duffy: If you come to a protest with a 9mm firearm, that's fine believing in the Second Amendment, but you stand on the sidewalk and you hold your sign. You take that 9mm and you start to engage with federal ICE officers, and then you resist arrest - listen, I don't want anyone to die, but also, this becomes very, very dangerous when you start to take protestors and encourage them to interface [sic] with ICE officers who are doing their work.
Fake and Fraudulent Polling should be, virtually, a criminal offense. As an example, all of the Anti Trump Media that covered me during the 2020 Election showed Polls that were knowingly wrong. They knew what they were doing, trying to influence the Election, but I won in a Landslide, including winning the Popular Vote, all 7 of the 7 Swing States, the Electoral College was a route, and 2,750 Counties to 525. You can’t do much better than that, and yet if people examined The Failing New York Times, ABC Fake News, NBC Fake News, CBS Fake News, Low Ratings CNN, or the now defunct MSDNC, Polls were all fraudulent, and bore nothing even close to the final results. Something has to be done about Fraudulent Polling. Even the Polls of FoxNews and The Wall Street Journal have been, over the years, terrible! There are great Pollsters that called the Election right, but the Media does not want to use them in any way, shape, or form. Isn’t it sad what has happened to American Journalism, but I am going to do everything possible to keep this Polling SCAM from moving forward!

"Donald Trump has been acting a little weird lately, even for him. During a speech he gave in Davos, Switzerland, last week, he kept mixing up Iceland and Greenland. Mistaking one country for another is far from abnormal for him, but it is a touch odd, considering his current obsession with Greenland. An obsession which, as he very publicly wrote to the Norwegian prime minister, is related to the fact that he wasn’t awarded the Nobel Peace Prize—a bizarre conflation, given that Greenland is a Danish territory, not a Norwegian one. During a recent meeting with oil executives, he spontaneously stood up, walked over to the window to gaze at his ballroom construction project, then returned to his seat. When someone fainted in the Oval Office in November, he barely reacted. He’s been dozing off in meetings, which led Dick Cheney’s doctor to call for a medical evaluation. (Then again, it’s hardly the first time he’s slept in public.) He recently underwent advanced imaging of either an MRI or CT scan, neither of which is standard preventive care. And his speech continues to descend into gobbledygook."
It is looking more and more like the terror, murder and chaos Trump is causing in Minnesota is 100% about assisting Trump to rewrite history to say he won the 2020 election and Jan 6th was justified.

Maybe the stolen election was a blessing in disguise for Trump. He gets to preside over the World Cup, America 250, and the Olympics, while also presiding over the AI boom and tremendous economic growth.
“Americans must have the right to bear arms so that they can resist tyranny. But if they exercise that right in a time of tyranny, they should expect to be shot and killed”.
MAGA will see this as a rally cry. They want tyranny and they want to the see the Third Reich succeed this time.

Protest doesn't equal standing on a sidewalk with a sign.
Do you know the difference between the Ladies of the View and the Dems/Libs here? Absolutely nothing! The ladies of the View and the Dems/Libs here whine and bellyache about Trump all show/day long. That is all they do. It is exhausting listening to their whining and bellyaching non-stop. You would think they would realize how futile it is and give it a break.
I have a buddy that believes himself to be a "reasonable Trump voter". He has made it clear to me that he doesn't want to talk about Trump anymore. And I oblige.
That is all your going to get out of these people. If you find ones defending the shooting you know you have a full blown cultist or a troll.
Haven't we been through this a million times?
'THIS will cause a break between trump and maga!!!!'
and it never does.
It's too late. They are gone. All we can do is fight very hard for America and democracy and hope goodness carries the day.
Hope springs eternal.
And I do have JUST enough hope that we MIGHT get a Democrat-controlled Congress in one year.

Protest doesn't equal standing on a sidewalk with a sign.
Protest includes civil disobedience.
More precisely, I think, protest CAN include civil disobedience. But it doesn’t have to. Protesting on the sidewalk is generally going to be fully legal - not civil disobedience. Breaking some law(s) while protesting brings it into the realm and civil disobedience.

Grandpa is sundowning he will get worse
Exactly what is currently happening in Mpls would still be happening if Trump had never lost one fraction of a step.

Looks like the Capitol Police left a lot of MAGA-acceptable killings of citizens on the table on January 6th.

I’ll take it.
But that guy COULD look his daughters in the eye regarding EVERYTHING ELSE in the last 11 years??
