Just skimming it, first thought that all normal people will have is that this whole thing may be stricken for the same reason the court struck Trump's first Complaint against the New York Times for publishing Trump's creepy birthday card to friend Epstein (Ashkenazi) -- it's loaded with victimhood, argument, rage, sh!t talk, etc. Rule 8 says you can't do that in a Complaint. See Trump v. NYT case ("A complaint is not a megaphone for public relations or a podium for a passionate oration at a political rally or the functional equivalent of the Hyde Park Speakers’ Corner.").
I see he hired the same Florida bozo -- Alejandro Brito -- that fvcked up the NYT complaint. Bozo doesn't learn lessons.
It's 56 pages that could easily be condensed to 15, and four Counts which could be one. Despite many pages discussing "debanking," there is no such thing as "debanking," and what Trump is really complaining about is his phony belief that his contract with JPMorgan -- which explicitly states: "Either you or we may close your account at any time for any reason or no reason without prior notice" (Exhibit A, Section VIII of contract) -- was somehow breached when JPMorgan did just that. Banks can do business with whoever they want. I can't see this case surviving a motion to dismiss. What a bunch of bullsh!t.
Liberal media and banks do deplatform and debank respectively their enemies. Laura Loomer was deplatformed just for supporting the President. I believe that the President was demonstrably harmed by the actions of Morgan, but I do also believe that the contract allows such destructive behaviors on the part of the financial institution. They should not be able to do that to Trump or Loomer for that matter.
more right-wing pleas for the federal government to lay down the hammer and tell private companies what they can and cannot do.
You guys are too much. ha ha. The contradictions in your brain are just too wild. Your brains must look like pretzels.

this is a lie of course. Loomer was deplatformed for anti-muslim posts.
I don't understand why 15,000 people protested in the bitter cold of Minneapolis yesterday. MAGA intimidation was supposed to put an end to all of this. Why aren't people getting the message about MAGA's dominance? The resistance is growing instead of shrinking.
Neil Young is a far leftist, anti- freedom Canadian whack-job multi-millionaire entitled elitest. You also a hypocritical hack? Interesting your position given that you are part of the lower-middle income bracket whiney class.
^^^^^^^^
I'm criticizing Trump's disgusting, disparaging comments regarding U.K. soldiers who gave their lives fighting Islamic terrorists and defending OUR freedom. But this minority can't bring himself to criticize those Trump comments about our greatest ally's brave soldiers, so he starts crying about how he thinks Neil Young done him wrong. Frankly, I think he's addled on a Saturday morning. Every junkie's like a setting sun.
Wrong again, methjunkie. You quoted a whining far-leftie and you know it. Deflection city and you're the mayor.
- Chances are low, I know, but any chance Trump eventually wakes up and says, "Wait, listening to my little personal Goebbels - Steven Miller - is going to get us OBLITERATED in the mid-terms" (i.e., "Shouldn't my desire for unfettered power be at least slightly greater than my racism?").
- Or, "Public opinion and polls and elections no longer mean anything, because I'm going to thoroughly f*** with the mid-term elections. So, full speed ahead, Steven and Kristi and my army of GED ICE goons !!!"
According to DHS (via NBC) the suspect: "A DHS spokesperson said, “Suspect had a firearm with 2 magazines situation evolving. Will get you more information ASAP.”"
Another murder or attempted murder in mpls. Trump is killing a lot of people. If anyone is naive enough to think he’s going to draw a line at killing somewhere you are a naive fool. The feds are just getting going with the murdering. You idiots.

Let's hope the victim isn't black, or BLM will absolutely trash every liquor and Target store within the I-494 ring tonight.
Wow. For a so-called Christian, you sure are bigoted and racist. Odd thing for a minority to be, yet here you are.
The ONLY questionable part of that post was leaving out Speedways. They would be toast, too. MAGAs will have to get their beef jerky and scratch-offs somewhere else. Elections have consequences.

Either you or we may close your account at any time for any reason or no reason without prior notice.

A deal is a deal. Art of the deal. Arm's length transaction. Free enterprise. Caveat Emptor. America's business is business.

I think as Trumps mental state deteriorates as he gets closer to his dirt nap, he will stop doing TACO. He won’t care about consequences. Even to himself.
His sociopathic condition will cause him to lash out further in anger.

well the question obviously is if he'll declare the insurrection act and use it to muck with elections. Or if the GOP continues their 2020 election crime spress and looks for ways to de-certify elections or essentially stop them with lawsuits. I'm sure they have a legal strategy in place to stop the next congress from being seated and taking the gavel.
We assume that elections will happen and both sides will accept them. We aren't in that world anymore when dealing with the Republican Party. They would gladly get rid of democracy if it meant getting rid of a million immigrants. (except farm workers obviously). They think they'd win that trade, that having a post-democracy nation that stays white is better than having a white-minority democracy.

Trump has always been a scorched earth guy.
I tend to agree, but it's interesting to watch subtle differnces between trump and vance. Trump has started softening on the murdered white woman in MPLS...Vance is still all 'domestic terrorist! Deserved worse than a shot to the dome!'
trump is a great politician and does sense when to pull back a little. Vance doesn't have that sense. Vance is a cudgel.

Here you go, pipsqueak. This one probably hits real close to home.
