34 felony counts, each of which relates to a business record disguising a payment made to Cohen as attorney fees. The indictment alleges that Trump disguised the payments with intent to cover up another crime.

Cohen already served time for his role in the crime.

This case was an offshoot from the Mueller investigation. And you can’t indict a sitting President so those 4 years don’t count.

You Trumpers can’t have it both ways. You brag that Trump wasn’t indicted before 2020. (He couldn’t be). Then cry like children that he was indicted too late because it is after 2020. Trump knew his indictments were incoming so he announced his candidacy.

Trump took the misdemeanors counts of falsifying business records and made them felonies by stupidly admitting it was to commit election fraud.

90 indictments against Trump in last year or so - after he declared to run again. In the previous 50 or 60 years in NYC not a single indictment. Not one during his first term or the first 2 years of Biden term. But he declares to run again - and BOOM!!! 90 indictments. Democrats are horrible people. And I say that lovingly.
