Defintion of insanity. Posting the same discredited response over and over again and expecting different result.
Basic IQ question. Do you think that criticizing the actions of the Biden admin equals supporting Trump? I hope you can see they are not the same thing. But it seems beyond you.

what do you think you meant by ending your post with 'that's why?'
the reason is that you were explaining why you support trump.

I always got the impression that you probably voted for Trump. If not, no big deal. I believe you.
Kamala Harris would have been infinitely better than this. Any candidate not from MAGA would have been.
Donald Trump was the worst option in every scenario. There is no defense for voting him in. Until you can admit that, you are still a danger because you will be fooled by the same rhetoric the next time.
Biden/Harris completely supported and aided the genocide in Gaza.
Same as Trump
I don't dispute Biden and Harris were not strong enough on Israel but they would not have been led by the nose by Netanyahu into triggering a decades-long civilizational war in the Middle East.
I did, and I am not sorry that I did, Harris as President was going to be a disaster.
Trump has turned his back on his supporters and deserves to be impeached.
Trumps screw ups and horrible behavior do not suddenly make the democrats peace loving and sane. One could argue the democrats not having a primary and appointing a DEI candidate resulted in Trump being elected.
Theres a vacuum out there that needs to be filled but first we need Trump to be impeached.
Yes, that is the problem in the US. You only have two political parties in power- the right and the ultra right. I am not saying that leftist governments are good all the time, but sometimes they bring to the table stuff that the masses wants. That in turn forces the right winged parties to also adopt the same stuff- leading to benefits such as free education, healthcare and good pensions, while still keeping the good stuff from capitalism

it's a little weird that trump is starting wars all over the world and no one is saying 'trump is being led around by nose in Nigeria, Venezuela, Caribbean, Somalia, Iraq, Yemen.
Why is trump being led around by a foreign power in Iran but not in those other nations?
Why can't trump just be trumping? Blowing stuff up to make himself feel more powerful?
Oil prices are spiking. Would expect to see $80+ by Monday and equities lose 10% or more next week.
Interesting thread. I can certainly understand comments like this. A lot of things could certainly go wrong.
That said, I'll go out a limb here and predict that neither of these predicted events will occur.
There's an old stock market adage: Buy on the rumor. Sell on the news. Back in December when tensions started to really ramp up, oil futures stood at 55. In Jan, Trump placed tariffs on nations dealing with Iran. On Feb 18, Trump said there would be repercussions if Iran didn't change its ways in the next 10-15 days. Feb 28 was day 10 and oil futures closed Friday at 67... over 20% higher than its December low.
There may be some volitility up and down over the next couple of weeks, but I'm not bullish on oil futures right now. I think the aftermath of the attack on Iran is already baked into oil prices. Unless something really major happens Sunday, oil futures Monday will probably stay within a range of 67 + or - four dollars a barrell. A market decline of 10% (4,800 points) in the next week won't happen either, in my opinion.
Anyway, let's wait and see what happens.
UPDATE: At market open, April crude oil futures (CL=F) had moved from 67 at Friday close to 71.5 at open... almost exactly at the upper range of 67+4 that I predicted. However, if you were using Brent crude oil prices, they moved from 71 to 78 at US market open today, so you were pretty close to your 80 estimate. I'd expect prices to be volatile for a while. FYI, as I type this (10:37 EST), the latest time-delay quote for Brent Crude is 78.8. CL=F is trading at 71.8.
The jury is still out on the week long forecast of a 10% decline. I still think that's very unlikely. The DOW opened down ~500 (about minus 1%) today and has recovered to down 200 about an hour after open. Let's wait and see how the week shakes out.

Well they were led by the nose to fund and arm a genocide in Gaza for over 2 years.

This is what we call 'anti-semitism.'
It's a turn of phrase.
And I do think Trump is being led into other wars. It just so happens the war we are discussing is this one.
Trump's big FU to his supporters, from New York Post:
A Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted Saturday and Sunday found that just 27% of Americans approved of the strikes — while 43% disapproved and 29% weren’t sure. Polling ahead of the strikes showed similar minority support for a possible war. “I think that the polling is very good, but I don’t care about polling. I have to do the right thing. I have to do the right thing. This should have been done a long time ago,” Trump said.
The 3 F-15s that were destroyed by our "ally" just cost US taxpayers $270 million. That will be considered a minor loss but also keep in mind that we can't afford veterans healthcare, cancer research, or school lunches for poor kids.
Thankfully no US service men were seriously injured
So all the Trump mouthpieces read the playbook and were all saying that Trump did not start a war because this is not a war. It is a surgical operation.
Then Kegseth does a press conference and calls it a war.
