This course was 5k, but it was very fast. Holman won in 14:41. 3 of the top 4 in that race have the opportunity to win their divisions at the SJS meet in November. Turlock in 2nd place qualified for the state meet in D1 last year and is significantly better this year, but they were nowhere near Torres.
NXN darkhorse? They need a 5th man. If they find one, they are ready to compete with anyone.

Maybe show some sympathy for a kid that just lost his season instead of bagging on him for being a multi sport athlete. I am sure he is already kicking himself and the pile on comment is gross.
I do feel bad for Burr. He should be racing right now. But to say it’s smart or lucky to have a school allow multiple sports within the same season is stupid and this is a perfect example.
I am suspecting you don’t know the challenges or frankly don’t care about really small schools.

Since I coach at a small school I do understand it. But I look out for what's best for the athlete rather than if they can field a soccer team or not.

Also it's not CIF Soccer season. He wasn't playing for his school.

You are posting absolutely false information. I really hope this athlete never sees these posts - from a coach no less. I know his coaches. He was 100% playing for his school and a captain on both teams. The school is so small that their soccer season and league is in the Fall.

Sorry I am wrong on that one. That's rough. I hope the school looks into this and revises their position on athletes plays multiple sports within the same season. Not healthy for the athletes. Moving on.
No kidding. Especially on the individual side. You already have DII veterans like Stefanopoulus and Caldwell, but with schools like Saugus, Matilda Torres, and Paso Robles moving to do DII- the individual battle may be a little crazier and maybe closer than we think cause now you Peraza and Dailiak thrown in the mix. That team DII battle will obviously be a battle between Torres, Jesuit, and Glendora.
