Not sure what your native language is but the deal is done. now, you try to spin a cheer that the great deal isn’t done, which only shows your respect for MAGA, in a backhanded way, but your respect shows thru nonetheless.

What's the deal?

The main point of the talks was Trump admitted that Greenland would never belong to the USA.

What did Trump gain from this magical deal you seem to know all about?

Trump is flat out insanely good at World Order. Never has there been anybody like this. Thank God he’s an American but other nations benefit as well. That’s why it’s called a deal. MAGA all saw it coming. Knew it was a done deal the minute it was mentioned.

Libs can graduate top at Harvard, Stanford or MIT. Get a doctorate at all 3 and still dumber than rocks, when all they needed to do was read a $20 book.

What did he gain from the deal? He's not going to invade Greenland, he's not going to buy Greenland. He was always allowed to place more military there.

Simple question. If the deal is so amazing, what has he gained from it?

Trump seems to have gained Melanie permanently moving into Maralago , and also ex-Marla Maples. Ivana would join them from the grave if she could.

Why are they both there? They are preparing for a battle over Trump's will. The end is closer, bigly close.

He's kidding. He takes some getting used to. But he makes up for it with things like the jet ski insurance claim!

This deal was so good and clever that, in making it, Trump also exposed who our true allies are at this moment in time. Those who sent troops to fight America made a very bad display. Those who did not, are now our closest allies. Would be very hard to argue against Italy being top dog. Spain. Eastern Europe.

About Trump eventually being gone, we often wonder how much like Trump Vance would be? And I still have little clue (easy to see it going any number of ways).

And I may be slow on the uptake, but it just occurred to me that the single most important factor is something that I think that we DO know: Unlike Trump, Vance will not, for the most part, be able to convince rubes in red America which Republican to vote for in primaries. Those voters will go back to focusing on professional wrasslin', and the complete cowards in the GOP will not have to kowtow to Vance (or at least not anywhere as much as with Trump).

Might I have this about right?

Unfortunately, cowardly GOP politicians fear MAGA at least 95% as much as they ever did. And that will make at least the next year as ugly, or even more ugly, than the last year.

For example, Greenland: Did Trump TACO? Apparently. Did the GOP make him TACO? Absolutely not.

Times dozens of other issues.

And to break down that example a bit: When European resistance and/or the markets make Trump TACO, it provides no comfort to Europe about America. If the GOP finding spines had done it, they MIGHT think a bit better about what America now is. Alas, they can't.

Translation: Trump whines that incredibly rare MAGA resister is on TV too much.

BTW, does the FCC have any guidelines about a senile dictator with a load in his pants being on TV way, way too much?

Vance doesn't have the je ne san quoi that Trump has...but basically nobody does

That being said, I think he'd do a lot better in (relatively nice) suburban areas that swung 10, 20+ points to Democrats since Trump. He'd probably cause them to swing back by 10+ points: Republican policies without the "Trump" (the mean tweets, lack of discipline, or the comments that occasionally upset people).

As impressive as the accomplishments this man has made in such a short time, it pales in comparison with those 14 recharging stations that Pete had not completed but in the construction process during the last administration and didn’t Kammy Harris, tour college campuses for round tables about immigration or something?

And BTW, I think that 90-99% of what we're seeing from Trump right now is not senility. It's a lifelong incredibly damaged bully being at the absolute zenith of his bullying powers. And enjoying (in the limited way that a person that insecure can) every second.

And his party STILL standing by and watching (when they're not actively agreeing).

This seems as if it just something to stifle free speech because Trump is butt hurt, once again. I assume that if something were to come of this than it would also mean opposing views on NewsMax or whatever MAGA show du jour happens to be.

Trump has once again shown that he hates the USA and has no respect for the 1st Amendment.

I guess if you're looking at the helping "Poors," you're hoping that it helps you. You're too much of a lazy ass and should remain a "Poor." I would tell you to get back to your cubicle but even that is doubtful for you.

You might be roughly correct about the dynamics.

But as you know, but pretend not to, the GOP has shown that it has NO policy principles. Zero. Not even on immigration, because having strict immigration controls that include throwing out personal freedoms was never in the GOP platform.

And Democratic politicians will point this out.

But will it work? Not nearly as much as it should, because Americans are stupid and have short memories. And they likely WILL go back to voting for Trump (authoritarian) enablers like Vance and others. Because we're way, way less of a country than we ever might have thought we were (and the world has noticed).
