If you apply that line of thinking to Indian-Americans, your “analysis” presumes that Indian immigrants in the U.S. are of the same average IQ of the entire population and that the environment (consisting of factors primarily related to nutrition, overall health, stress level,, and early childhood education) mirrors that of those who remain in India.
Such an analysis might yield some inferences about IQ, but if so, they would be pertain to the person making the analysis, not to the population under consideration.

Based upon a very productive meeting that I have had with the Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte, we have formed the framework of a future deal with respect to Greenland and, in fact, the entire Arctic Region. This solution, if consummated, will be a great one for the United States of America, and all NATO Nations.
