So his credibility from the Right was gone at that moment.

And they show that Trump explicitly told Comey that he expects loyalty and asked him to end the investigation into Mike Flynn, one of his top cabinet members. That is obstruction of justice, plain and simple. Every conservative in the country would agree if this were a Democratic president.

Comey said that Trump wasn't personally under investigation at the time, but that doesn't mean it couldn't eventually happen. In fact, that very possibility is why Comey didn't publicly say there was no investigation.

"I did not tell the President that the FBI and the Department

of Justice had been reluctant to make public statements that we did not have an open case on President Trump for a number of reasons, most importantly because it would create a duty to correct, should that change."

We were just given definitive evidence that the Russian government was trying to directly hack US voting software, and DG is still yelling "Red Scare"...
