No sh*t 101st Airborne division is not the national guard. The situation to which you are referring to, "the Little Rock Nine", involved the Governor of Arkansas deploying the national guard to prevent black children from entering a school. In response to this state-sponsored militarized racism targeting children, the federal government sent in the 101 Airborne.
This situation is not remotely comparable to the situation in DC. The District is not using the police/national guard to carry out unconstitutional actions against the public. There is no specific situation the federal government is responding to. It is simply deploying the military as an occupying force until...when???

As I said in the post you responded to, even if the crime numbers are "fake" (a claim for which you have ZERO evidence) there has not been a sudden, dramatic increase in crime. This "emergency" was declared on a whim. So what needs to happen for it to end? You can't say! Based on your justifications for this, what prevents the military from being deployed to "stop crime" in any city, anywhere, anytime Trump feels like it? You can't say!

Hundreds of billions of dollars every year, nationwide.
