I didn't say there wasn't. But most NCAA athletes don't train as Valby does. They mostly run. A lot.

Yes you did. Your post says that there would be no discussion about her training if she was doing the same training as others. But that is untrue. The training of top NCAA athletes is of interest to fans as evidenced by this thread about cross training as well as the one about Blanks who does not cross train. Parker is the best runner in history and everyone is interested in her training. You have posted more about it than anyone. You are her biggest fan.

You are confused. There will be an interest in Valby because of what she is achieving - as with any other top athlete. There is an interest in her training - as this thread shows (which I didn't post) - because it isn't the usual for athletes at her level or higher.

Tou finally recognize the interest is in her training regardless of what it is. She is the fastest American in history. She is intelligent and attractive. She made it easy for every fan to forget the other Americans. Monson was still well known but now she is out so Valby is the recipient of all attention.
