I think Stevens Point will be hard to beat at NXR.

Dowling Catholic will be motivated to make NXN after not making it last year because their #5 ran without a shoe

Ankeny beat Dowlin at conference and had the same average time at state.

LIVE RESULTS ARE COMING IN FROM CASCADES AND THERE ARE SOME SHOCKERS!
Not only does it not look like Northwest will qualify as a team, but it looks like Micah Murphy will not qualify individually after he finished outside of the top 15.
College of Idaho’s lack of depth showed, they lost to Eastern Oregon with EOU putting 7 in front of CoI’s 4th runner!
Lewis-Clark beats Corban in a tiebreaker for 3rd.

Wow! EOU puts 7 in front of CoI's #4 runner to win Cascades! Northwest likely ran themselves out of an at large bid and for the second straight year Micah Murphy will likely not be running at a national meet after finishing 16th, one spot out of qualifying.

Dowling probably had an off day at conference. But the did well when it mattered (state meet)

It was a 2 point difference at conference and the two teams had the same team time average at state so either team could have won either meet. It all depends on where the competitors mix in.

Think the real question is if Merrick is 100% at nxr how many runners will be between him and Flori? Could be 20-30 not the 2 like at state. So then cf needs to have there 2nd runner close to Flori and there 3rd close to Derocher and now it could be a different outcome then the state meet.

They are solid through 4 guys, but the thing is, unless they’re 5th man steps up, I will guarantee, that there will so many guys between their 4th and 5th runner, which will give their 5th man a lot of points.

Only team with 3 on the deck and they where 3rd, cf had 1 on deck and where 2nd. But if ankeny finds a 4 and 5 sure
