My master view on trump is that he is one of the best salesmen who ever lived on earth. He has been selling his brand all his life. His sales skills are tremendous and far better than any other candidate we've seen in our lifetime. He identified a portion of the electorate he could sell to, and went to work, lying, cheating, stealing, insulting...whatever it took to close the sale. We know trump viewed his campaign as an infomercial for his brand, and not really a serious bid.

Political opponents were playing a different game, where experience, honor, experience, realism, norms, general decency mattered. Trump walked all over them because they weren't prepared for the sales skillz of trump, and weren't prepared to go down into the gutter to fight him. They brought a knife to a gun fight and got shot in the face.

I don't expect another great salesman like trump to appear - he was once in a generation.

That plus Comey plus the 'parties never get a third consecutive term' rule and won him the election by 70k votes.

I’m still amazed at the way he acted and the deplorable things he said during the campaign (and continues to say) and people just ate it up because he took a big dump on PC culture. How he got ANY woman to vote for him is beyond me.

Think many casual voters were just not paying attention, they usually don’t. Just sheep following sheep to the slaughter.

I would appreciate for Burger King (the owner of Tim Hortons) to cease operations

of Tim Hortons franchises in China until the release of the Canadians is secured.

Trump needs to increase sanctions on Russia until it recognizes Crimea as Ukrainian territory.

A Sanders ticket makes it much more likely that the GOP keeps the WH.

Sanders still hasn't released his taxes. His 2016 chief strategist, Tad Devine, was a close colleague of Manafort (see Ukraine). Bernie is a Commie. A misogynist. He's a fake. Once again, the MSM isn't doing their due diligence.

I don't think Biden should be running for president, but interesting that of his recent 'accusers', one is a fan of Russia and the other a fan of Bernie. Same message. Same boss.

With such a large field it’s deceiving. More voters support a candidate not named Biden or Sanders. That support is just spread too thin. Once he get to the first couple of debates and people start bowing out we will have a better sense of where we are going.

That's probably the dumbest argument there is for not turning over the return, which is why it never appears in the letter that the president's lawyer sent to the Treasury Department.

If Treasury doesn't turn over his return they are defying the law.

Are you suggesting that KellyAnne Conway is dumb? She is ten times smarter than that idiot named John Podesta.

And if the law is hurting the interests of American people, we need to change it. You wouldn't have defended Jim Crow "because it is the law", would you?

The above wasn't one of those posts. Try to tone down the absurdities a bit so that folks will think you are being serious.

Many Jewish people are very successful and wealthy.

To be envious of this fact or to subject this group of people to hate is not acceptable.

Some people lack belief in their ability to create success and blame others.

No one is standing in their way of becoming successful but themselves.

Donald Trump needs to condemn hate groups.

He also needs to speak up about the Ukrainian sailors and demand their immediate release.

Voter turnout in presidential elections is about 60%. That’s most people.

Most voters vote on their gut....who do I like. What their likability.
