You’re ignoring the 2nd and 3rd shots.
A picture shows a bullet hole in the lower left of windshield. This indicates the shot (likely the first) was fired from the left of the vehicle. The others were shot through the driver door window. Video confirms this. The ICE agent did not look to be in imminent danger of being run over by the slow moving car. But we should welcome a thorough investigation to show the timeline and trajectories.
The Trump admin is flooding the zone with unverified statements of the victim's political activism. They have immediately shut down investigation and refuse to cooperate with local officials and stated the killing was justified. Does this sound like transparency or getting to the truth to anyone?
