The video show the shooter running after the car and going inside. After he got out he had his phone in his hand. Then he walked into an unmarked vehicle and was driven away from the scene. Shooter gone. Weapon gone. He is not in any hospital. He is wanted because he went AWOL from a the scene of his shooting a person. Self-defense went out the door when he chose to vanish.

The liberal Babbitt Doctrine clearly states that if an officer says “Stop”, then you either stop or get gunned down. ICE acted flawlessly.

ICE people simply do not have the legal authority to stop a moving car - except for self defense. We know it was not self-defense because the shooter was not harmed.

This was murder.
