Because they know that Hispanic judges have historically been anti-Trump and biased due to Trump's Mexican wall initiatives. Trump's lawyers should immediately file a motion to remove the judge under Due Process clause.

Trump will obviously seek to get a new venue for his trial. (he currently says he will not plea but this is Trump and that could be pure BS). Evidently he can't find a jury of his peers in his hometown and a place he has lived and has done business for a half century. Nope. This "billionaire", non coastal elite, former President would like us to believe a jury of his peers is really to be found in a place like Beattyville Kentucky.
