What exactly did they do?
They set up the primary to exclude trump and award no delegates, while setting up a caucus that awards delegates but disallows Nikki from participating - so only king trump can win! Amazing isn't it. There was a time that Rs at least pretended to be democratic.

Trump own legal citings are turned on their head and prove the opposite of what Trump claims. Those are awesome.

You and Agip are correct - I was wrong saying he has not been charged. He has been. I don't think the Appeals court will make a ruling any time soon. They seem to be slow-walking it. Even if it turned out bad for Trump, he could appeal to the Supreme Court and they are not going to make a ruling shortly before the election. No way.

the prosecutors in NYC said they didn't have enough proof to justify bail or whatever. Couldn't identify the suspects clearly enough.
I know you aren't a law and order guy anymore but even some Republicans might agree that when a prosecutor admits he can't prove a case he backs off. In this case not requiring bail.

Actually, I wanted to retract my last post. I know that these families are coming due to terrible circumstances at home. This is the only chance they have. I will be more sympathetic to their plight in the future.
