I have a problem. I am paid 100% commission and if this thing does not end quickly, I will need to look for another job due to my unproductivity (is that a word?). Either that or write books about my past running achievements.

Seriously, I don't think RY has run more than 10-15 miles a day the last week. Rob and his crew paid off Laz and his boys and they agreed on 50 miles a day but only for 5 days.

Pick up a 12 pack of cotton tube socks while he's there, start running in STYLE.

There's a golden corral to the west of the walmart, he should stop there, fuel up on AMERICA for the next 70 miles. We believe!

Yep, all a sham. Is there any data for that entire run? Of course, not. And there wouldn't have been for this one either, except blurry screenshots of some of the tomtom data. Kev had a garmin on in his blog vid to show RY's pace around mile 350. But that doesn't verify the first 250 before Andy and Kev got there. And that's probably what he faked it to dupe his friends joining him at the end and why they became such vocal apologists for RY. He throws in a couple fast miles to impress them and it works. Problem is that laz could see right through that spectacle. Andy & Kev bought it hook, line, and sinker and have yet to figure that out. That's why they still think he's superhuman. And fraudulent team skins in the RV continued to post vid of Rob running, not walking, to make his worshippers think that's what the whole trip was like. But laz wasn't buying it. He's been around too many ultra runners on the brink that if the mileage was remotely true, robbie boy wouldn't be doing hand stands or playing frisbee. Laz knew what team scammer skins didn't understand, that the human body does have limits.

These guys utter scammers. Before asher and laz, they were three days ahead of schedule to break the old record. And they thought they could break it by six days. Say so somewhere on theeir website. They weren't just lifting Rob for 5 or 6 miles a day to help out a little bit. The man couldn't handle consistent 40 or 50 mile days. They were lifting him at least half the trip to Kansas. If you want to find th elifts in the data. Look at all the sub-10 miles. The man couldn't run that except for a few brief miles that wasted him.

It's actually laughable that he thought he could impress laz and ray by sprinting of a couple of quick miles. They fed him enough rope, and he hung himself doing it.

Team Rob and all his enablers bit off more than they could chew this time. Their egos got the best of them and they were blinded by it. The claims became too ridiculous, and the true ultra community took notice and defended the genuineness of their authentic events.

Hats off to Markus for noticing that this wasn't right weeks ago. Hats off to Asher for enduring the ridicule from team Rob when all he wanted to do was run with him til he realized it was a fraud. Hats off to laz, ray, and company. You defended the integrity of your events in the most honorable way.

Most people are way too soft. When you deal with notorious cheaters you have to figuratively kill them dead once you get them down. They will NOT change their ways. It's not pleasant to do what has to be done. But to end such a farce you need to close your eyes and just pull off their heads.

After Asher caught him unawares, he dropped to the 40s. These few sentences do a really good job of summarizing the sense of absurdity...

Very early on in this, it was clear to me that RY was being fraudulent. However, although all those amazing 70+ mile days at great paces with lots of sightseeing/activity time left over etc. were over-the-top, I still had a feeling that he was running a substantial portion of the mileage, maybe just cheating 10% or so. Still scuzzy and fraudulent...

But the complete collapse of EVERYTHING this week, and the resulting death march of RY suggests to me that he actually ran a lot less in that opening phase than I thought. (In other words, he didn't "just" cheat a little, but A LOT...)

Unlike that other legendary cheat (Mike Rossi), RY seems to have some decent running ability. Unfortunately, his choices, lies and exaggerations have laid the foundation to the ruin of his reputation amongst all but the blindest sycophants.
