Donald Trump skipped every GOP primary debate, but he is urging Joe Biden to debate him while ignoring similar calls from ex-U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley.
LOL. It is a strange sociological experiment happening in real time. It will be studied for decades.
A group of uneducated white folks that believe they have societal grievances that get their anger stoked daily by right wing media. And they turn to a NY "billionaire" elite real estate fraudster that has conned them into believing he is one of them by saying race bating stuff at rallies. All the while this TV billionaire soaks them and takes their money for personal use while they believe they are giving their hard earned funds for "justice", "patriotism", freedumb".
I learned today that the RNC has money and is becoming entirely irrelevant because of it. Why? Big money donors are giving to Haley directly. Small donors are all giving to Trump for his legal defense. Too funny.

The most interesting aspect is that these uneducated folks are addicted to consuming the anger inducing content. It's easier to remain in a state of perpetual victimhood scapegoating everyone else than to face reality. Orange makeup wearing NY conman to the rescue! Lolz
I do hope the RNC gets gutted and large donors are finally doing a serious pivot away from the orange menace.
President Biden told a crowd of supporters in Las Vegas on Sunday that he recently met with Mitterand, the French president who has been dead for nearly 30 years.
Old guy saying old guy stuff vs Old guy that says old just stuff that also happens to be a Conman, rapist, fraudster that wants back in power to stay out of prison and punish the media and his political rivals and has proven he will not willingly leave office again if given another try.
Asha Rangappa @AshaRangappa_ · 46m Passing a border bill would convey to MA'GA voters that 1) the government can work, and be bipartisan; and 2) the “existential threat” is being dealt with. Both of these are Kryptonite for a would-be authoritarian:Trump needs his supporters to be disillusioned and afraid
David Frum @davidfrum "What evidence do you have of something sinister in Trump-Russia other than Trump ordering his party to lose a war to Putin while an intimate Trump TV ally is in Moscow talking with Putin?"

Tough choice.
Trump had a chance and broke his oath of office. Nothing more needs to be said. The Republican broke his oath of office when he advised that the Constitution be "terminated" to keep him in power.
The con man couldn't even do the very minimum. A serious country wouldn't entrust this guy with sweeping streets.
"I will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Not under Trump.

This point doesn't get made often enough. If a guy like Trump came to your family gathering and talked like Trump and treated people like Trump 95% of the country would tell him to get the hell out of their house and never be welcomed back. On top of that, if a guy like Trump was hired at any company and acted like Trump and treated people like Trump, he would be fired the first day of employment. Even as a janitor. Much less having any managerial role.
And while I am at it, if a guy like Trump applied for any government job that required any level of security clearance Trump's application would be the first one discarded.

On the national security issue:
remember that the White House refused to give security clearances to Trump's son in law Kushner. Utterly refused. Trump overruled the WH and forced them to give security clearance to Kushner. We don't know why the professionals refused.
And yeah Kushner cashed in later with a $2bn 'investment' from Saudi as soon as the nepo-baby left the White House. Of course he did.
And then of course trump reveled in revealing and risking US secrets and the secrets of other nations - it was a favorite thing he did multiple times. Would have been fired by any level of US government for any of those.

We may not know why Kushner specifically was denied security clearances. But we do know why many others get denied. And it is financial ties to international mobsters and foreign govt agents that would put them in a compromised position to be easily bribed by having sensitive info that could damage the country. And those are the worse case instances. People are denied for simply fibbing about their foreign ties. (Looking at you Mike Flynn).
This week we learned that when Trump was playing hide and seek from the FBI and NA with his classified documents after being subpoened he also had a top secret closet that was locked and missed by the FBI. This was after the FBI broke the locks of the Storage closet where Walt Nauta changed the locks and then said he did not know where to find the key.
Oh yeah. And remember the last days of the Trump administration? When Trump demanded the classified documents related to the Russia, Russia, Russia investigation be released? He was told no Effing way because our sources in Russia and elsewhere would be made public and killed. Trump was determined to have it all unredacted and out in the public. Hmmm.. Who would benefit from that? Who would pay for that information?
It turns out the originals in a binder were never found. Last seen with Mark Meadows. Who knows if those sources are dead or alive today.
Sorry Republicans. Your boy is not immune from prosecution.
Although Trump will successfuly stall this until after the election like everything else except the NY cases. And if he wins he will have all the federal cases disappear. That's how you want the country to be run, 'conservatives?'
A federal appeals court on Tuesday rejected former President Donald J. Trump’s claim that he was immune to charges of plotting to subvert the results of the 2020 election, ruling that he must go to trial on a criminal indictment accusing him of seeking to overturn his loss to President Biden. The unanimous ruling by a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit handed Mr. Trump a significant defeat, but was unlikely to be the final word on his claims of executive immunity. Mr. Trump is expected to continue his appeal to the Supreme Court — possibly with an intermediate request to the full appeals court.

this is gonna be a very bad week for Trump. Ketchup will fly in the rat infested wedding resort.
The D.C. Circuit:
"It would be a striking paradox if the President, who alone is vested with the constitutional duty to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,' were the sole officer capable of defying those laws with impunity. "We cannot accept former President Trump’s claim that a President has unbounded authority to commit crimes that would neutralize the most fundamental check on executive power — the recognition and implementation of election results. Nor can we sanction his apparent contention that the Executive has carte blanche to violate the rights of individual citizens to vote and to have their votes count."
Trump campaign immediately says they will appeal. Why you ask? Not for Donnie's benefit. Instead he is doing this for the good of the office of President. You see, all Trump cares about is the integrity of the office. hahahha!
Weird that for 247 years nobody needed immunity to crime but Trump. Why is that?

Amazing how he lived into his 70's without all these indictments but now that he is running to retake the presidency and is leading, he is now facing 90 plus charges.

not weird in the least if you know how Trump engaged in Roy Cohen mob tactics to bribe, coerce, threaten and sue others to stay out of NY prosecutors cross hairs.
Donnie was too stupid to stay on the low. He thought he could crime all the way up into the office of President.
Pride is before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall.( Proverbs 16:18-19)
But as dumb as Trump was, he has a way to go to reach your level by defending his blatant criminality for the most inane conspiratorial reasons.

I see. These tactics worked for five decades but completely stopped working 2 years ago.
And that's your argument?
And you think pointing out the total corruption of the American Justice System is me defending his alleged criminality?
You don't acknowledge the corruption of the Garland Justice Dept? The one that has called parents and Catholics and Trump voters terrorists?

And all these "new" indictments are all from hack partisan Dems.
