These are the same people who were saying McDaniel would be the throws coach at Wake. Mitchell might be able to get the assistant gig at Brevard
I interviewed for the WCU job. The AD is an egotistical *sshole, it's clear they are looking for a 'yes' man. The program has been successful for years and l felt they were looking to hire someone to usher in mediocrity. Talking about reducing roster size, cutting scholarships in the long run, poor funding for coaches salaries, there's a plan to reduce facilities!! Whoever does take the job has their cards stacked against them intentionally. Be prepared to deal with an already angry alumni base who expects you to win with less. It's a trap.
