I've never heard of any Himalaya climber in the last 50+ years who did not know where the summit of any of the mountains are. Summit of Cho Oyu is obvious, and, can be easily seen in photos, researched, seen on topographic maps, seen in videos, and found in a GPS watch elevation reading. Kilian's rampant dishonesty - he says about 5 different things about the summit in one paragraph. He can't even keep his lies straight. He lacks honesty and morality because he couldn't just say he did not reach the summit. Period. 100% of Kilian's unwitnessed mountain events are now in question. This is the worst of the worst liar like Fred Cook of the Denali fraud in 1906.

I don't have an opinion on Jornet's Cho Oyu claims since I did not look into that.

I haven't done anything since I released my report and emailed it to a list of journalists, including to Outside Online. But seems like not many are interested in reading it even though it would thoroughly rebut what some write even now. I also have an inkling the supporters of Jornet's Everest claims on Facebook also did not even bother to read my report since they do not articulate what is in it.

I have also not asked the Himalayan Database anything since I released my report. I'm just observing for now.

The thing that really irks me about this whole thing is that Jornet's supporters on his Everest claims are worshipping rather than evaluating evidence. That aspect does not sit well with me at all.

Actually, I think there is still a key item about the Jornet's second Everest ascent that I need to revisit and expand upon that does him no favours. I think the evidence strongly pinpoints Jornet's location of his two supposed summit photos for the second ascent as being at about 8750 m and not the just below summit location Jornet kept changing.

As for those witness statements from the two climbers from India that contradict Jornet's claims from his first Everest ascent, I am puzzled. Did Jornet not even talk to them? Before he put them into his redacted press release he gave to people as evidence? I am shocked.

I think maybe what happened is that Jornet saw the Indian climbers but they did not see him. The GoPro GPS evidence in my report is conclusive in that Jornet did indeed summit on his first Everest ascent, but not with the times he claimed. I think it would be wise for those news sites to consider the detailed GoPro GPS evidence and focus on the unfinished investigation of Jornet's highly doubtful second Everest claims instead of wasting resources on Jornet's first ascent that I consider concluded.

I won a race today - does that mean I also summited Everest? You pathetic fan boi. I think Jornet is very talented but there is clearly many, many things wrong with what he has claimed for his evidence and should be held accountable for using people as witnesses to back up his claims when they did not even agree to it and not even have the same version of events Jornet told people. Did Jornet do this intentionally?

I would be very interested in hearing what Jornet provides for an explanation. I would contact him and Lymbus to ask but I think I'm person non-grata with them now and frankly, I'm disgusted by Jornet and his version of events changing at every turn.
