Absolutely. So bullying isn’t just swirlies or wedgies in a high school locker room. It’s targeted harassment, power plays, psychological manipulation, and social exclusion.
It’s not about who can’t be bullied. It’s about who is being bullied in a specific context- and that can be anyone, anywhere, regardless of whether they're white and in their 40's or black and 80 or brown and 13.

In fact, we all know about happiness plummeting after x amount of income. But rates of depression, suicide, and substance abuse are often higher in wealthy, high-pressure environments. People at the top struggle with everything we struggle with — it just looks different, and to assume money is some sort of panacea is to discount decades of data that says otherwise.

So extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. As a result, YOU would need to prove that bullying doesn't exist above x line of net wealth, not the opposite.

People please, this isn't bullying... this is just David's inability to choke down the fact that there are people don't love him as much as he loves himself.

That's not how any of this works. This is debate 101.

You'd first have to prove all dogs are yellow before I could refute it.

So you said bullying does not exist for rich people. I politely explained why that logic is flawed, but it's still ultimately up to you to provide proof of your hypothesis. You can do that, or you can retract your hypothesis. Up to you.

Can someone give me the quick summary of how everyone at Letsrun got to a point of hating Roche?

I've known of him for ~10 years and found him annoying the whole time so can relate; but at that point it seemed like only me vs a broadly held internet opinion, and at some point clearly turned.

Bullying is still thing, always likely will be.

But David Roche is only bullied if he lets himself. he can turn off comments on his social media. He can turn off social media. He can not read the comments. He can just not look.

In fact, based on his behavior, I think that’s what he should do for awhile anyway. He and Megan seem to have a really skewed view of their place and importance in the world
