Unless you have a lot of time to spare you should ignore it. Anyone could have started the thread just to screw with people. And we already know that dopers are gonna dope anyway.

Whether you want to believe it or not. The amount of doping still says that the punishment isn't outweighing the risk.
Get all USATF athletes to sign contracts saying if tested +, money for the previous 10-15 years or heck since they turned pro of performance bonuses need to be paid back above minimum wage to the parties if inclined.
