Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, not even the lowliest, punkiest MAGA on this board, believes you are white, successful, or of any British ancestry (certainly not Scottish ancestry).
"Inexplicably, the Government did not seek or obtain a new warrant for this search." Page 10. I kind of disagree -- the clear explanation was incompetence and inexperience coupled with time pressure. But maybe a court can't just come out and say "This attorney does not possess the skills necessary to practice in United States District Court." So they just say "inexplicably."
Haha. Spoken like a true liberal. I literally could care less what you think. PM and I'll send you my credentials. I don't lie like you do.
Of course you care, or you wouldn't have posted it, you infantile whackjob. You crave acceptance so much you're willing to lie about your own cred just to try and fit in. It will never work. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, not even the most mundane MAGA on this board believes you are white, successful, or of any British ancestry.
Trump on the Brown University shooting “Things can happen. So to the nine injured, get well fast.”
The full quote (I cut out the parts about Australia and Syria):
"We begin, however, I just want to pay my respects to the people, unfortuantlry, 2 are no longer with us, Brown University, 9 injured, and 2 are looking down on us right now from heaven...Brown University, great school, really, one of the greatest schools anywhere in the world, things can happen, so to the 9 injured, get well fast, and to the families of those 2 that are no longer with us, I pay my deepest regards and respects from the United States of America".
What is the conventional wisdom on why SCOTUS is willing to make the (current) president a king? Presuming that the majority accepts that a Democrat will be in the WH again, and even factoring in their confidence that most or all Democrats won't be NEARLY as lawless as Trump, why are they still willing to do this? Future Democratic presidents could fall far, far short of Trump's lawlessness and STILL do TONS of stuff that would badly piss off the SCOTUS majority. And that makes it "the foreseeable future" versus just 3 years of Trump.
Are there theories about why they're setting up this trade off?
not a fair question. Scotus is not making the president a king. he now has a form of limited immunity, so he can't be prosecuted for some official acts. Presumably courts will work out what is official and what is not.
Please.
Or, puh-leez.
More seriously, have you been watching the last 10 months? If he’s been able to DO this much, you think that the chances are any better than squat that the current SCOTUS will ever allow him to be PUNISHED for any of it?? We’re STILL “deciding” whether or not he can tax/tariff as he pleases, and destroy federal agencies, and execute possible criminals in boats, and…. But SCOTUS would ever allow him to actually be punished for any of that? Again, please.
Also, about the last part of your reply, I expected you to say that they have to decide what official acts aren’t included in the “some.” Instead, you say it’s about what’s official? If yes, that would absolutely be king stuff. We don’t spend much time worrying about non-king (personal) things that kings do. We worry about the official kingly things they do. If a president is immune from all official acts, they’re a king. Again, see the increasingly non-hypothetical “Ordering SEAL Team 6 to kill your political rivals” question from the SCOTUS arguments.

Coincidental (???) fact that I’m sure that many of you know: Admiral Bradley commanded SEAL Team 6 earlier in his career.
And until now, I never thought about how much fun (both actually possible, and simply amusing) a "lib" president could have with the first item immediately above:
- Hey hawks, I'm dissolving the DoD ! Or at least the really KINETIC (!!!) parts of it !
- Hey supposed conservatives, I'm tripling the size of the Dept. of Ed., USAID, EPA, OSHA, NIH, etc. If necessary, I'll steal the resources from other departments/agencies.
- Hey supposed conservatives, I'm establishing the Dept. of DEI. Oh, only the Congress can do that? Nice try, I can de facto do that, just like Trump did lots of illegal stuff, no problem. Sure, maybe the courts will get around to cancelling my new Dept. of DEI/Wokeness in a few years. In the meantime, I'll have owned the Trumpers quite nicely.
Enjoy, SCOTUS !
it's been pointed ot many times that one of the scary parts of the trump admin is that it is ruling like it will never be out of power. Given what it did to stay in power last time after losing power, we have to expect it will try again to stay in power.
but in any case, trumpers don't seem to believe they will ever be out of government. Which shows how terrible they are at being citizens of a republic.
Scary, of course, but it’s not really unsurprising (due to typical human arrogance, over-confidence, the lack of foresight of lesser intellects, etc.).
Much harder to understand how the SCOTUS majority wouldn’t be much more worried about handing virtual kingly-ness to a future Obama, Sanders, AOC, Hillary, etc.
Sleepy Joe showed up at the Eagles game. The Eagles owner stopped him from sniffing little girls.
Joe Biden wondered onto the field in Philly. Clearly, he doesn’t know where he is or who he’s talking to….that look says it all. 👀👀That’s the owner of the Philadelphia Eagles. pic.twitter.com/i1VyZPtf9L
Named one of the Best Places to Visit by Southern Living magazine, Oklahoma City, also known as OKC, offers all the culture, cuisine, attractions and amenities you would expect in a modern metropoliis.
But STILL sitting in a county that went with the felon? Weird.

Also, a reminder that our current president is a felon who received EXACTLY zero punishment for his multiple felony convictions.
One dollar fine? Nope. One day of probation or community service? Nope.
Because you are new here, I will let you in on a bit about me. White. Ivy League educated. Successful business owner. Natural born citizen and ancestry that dates to colonialism and 100% British ancestry, including 14% Scottish.
What about you?
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, not even the lowliest, punkiest MAGA on this board, believes you are white, successful, or of any British ancestry (certainly not Scottish ancestry).
You are WRONG TROLL. My last name originated in England. I am not part British. I am part English. Learn what the difference is.
You have very fragile feelings. Get over yourself, stick one trolling name, and stop witching sides with your posts. ... Take your meds, boy.
