Cuomo was accused of sexual harrassment and was promptly condemned by the Democratic leadership and electorate. Biden called for him to resign and he did. This in stark contrast to how Republicans have handled politician scandals.
Many other posts of supposed democrat crimes are just people with no affiliation to the democratic party. Hunter Biden is closer, but still not a politician himself. Agip is consistently posting Republican officials committing crimes. This is a clear difference some do not seem to understand.
2 words ... Robert Menendez.
Another 2 words ... William Jefferson
Yep. Bob "gold bars" Menendez- why hasn't he resigned or been ousted yet?
DC had had tons of shops and restaurants close due to the out of control urban youth crime. Carjackings are also out of control and happen everywhere - not just in southeast
Nimbra Haley isn't even eligible to be president. Most experienced Constitutional scholars have ruled her ineligible under the anchor doctrine pursuant to The Article II that was drafted by the Founding Fathers for protection of the American electorate from inveigled extraneous threats to liberty and freedoms.
It's Nimrata, not Nibra, and--constitutional scholars aside--she's a US citizen because she was born here. (In Bamberg, South Carolina.) If she could tone down her hawkish ways on Ukraine, she'd be a natural fit for a VP nod. She won't, so she's likely laying the foundation for a 2028 run. I wish her luck, but if she is the nominee, it will be disappointing to see her as the alternative to Gavin Newsome.
Right now, the markets have shifted slightly and NY Congresswoman Elise Stefaniak is leading the VP field for Trump's running mate:
That makes sense if Lee Zeldin had beaten Kathy Hochul for the Governship...but if Stefaniak gets the nod, it should *scare the bejeeezus* out of anyone who wants to see Biden coast to reelection. It means the GOP thinks New York is in play. If Trump wins New York...it's over. (Prediction: he won't, but the dems will have to take all that extra money from other democratic strongholds to keep it from happening.)
but you have to remember that it's: California, New York, then Illinois in terms of democratic strongholds. She is underwater with independents and, frankly, doesn't have the charm or charisma of Cuomo. It looks like the GOP is poised to go for the jugular. We'll see how it plays out.
She will never be Trump's VP choice. She's a war hawk, a swamp creature, sat on the Boeing Board, did everything she could to keep those 737's flying and worst of all lied to Trump- she promised to never primary him.
Haley would be an excellent fit for the Biden Administration as they love wars too.

Same thing happened in Philly. The city has had nothing but Dem mayors since 1952.

I see your point and it's a good one. McCain *almost* chose Lieberman as his running mate. But our current political climate means reaching across the aisle is an extremely dicey proposition, and--save the fact that she removed the confederate flag from the state capital when she was governor--I just don't see Haley as an upgrade over Harris. And that's despite the fact that the left *loves* Haley and still writes pieces to this day painting her as the potential GOP nominee (uh...she finished *third* in Iowa and doesn't stand a chance to win in New Hampshire...but I could be wrong, so let's see how this plays out.).

Yup. Nimarabra is pro-Boeing and has bold-face lied to Trump after he gave her a real career. That's what these back-stabbers do. And now she's questioning his testitories and competence. Nothing but a bitter Hindu shoe. Trump is going to destroy her. She deserves it.

Let's try and be nicer. She didn't start any wars when she was UN Ambassador, and actually got in line with Trump's dismal view of the UN. She didn't quite reach the rarefied air of John Bolton...but that's a tall order. She is also the *only* member to survive the Trump administration without being tainted by scandal. And, it's not because the NYT wasn't gunning for her:

It has nothing to do with that, and everything to do with trump's ego.
I always like to quote this line from Robert Altman's epic miniseries "Tanner '88," about a fictional candidate for President running in 1988. After one of his staffers suggests he's a narcissist, he gets the reply: "You are talking about someone who wants to be the leader of the free world...'well-adjusted' doesn't enter the picture!"
Biden also has a huge ego. A significant portion of his party wants him to step aside and let someone else run as the candidate. Biden refuses to do that, because he's convinced he is the only one who can beat Trump. We'll find out in the rematch.
Next question, what do you think "decriminalized" means? Because nowhere here does it say that shoplifting is no longer considered a crime
When you make it very easy to commit the crime and then refuse to prosecute on the rare chance you even enforce the law you are decriminalizing that crime.
You're playing semantics to defend the indefensible.

True, but I really believe that Biden will drop out of the race. His own party already realizes that he's no longer mentally "with it" and will install a younger candidate to carry the torch and it won't be Kamala. That replacement candidate will be Commie Newsom. All of this should happen around the Dem convention in August.

Maybe you should stop making false claims and pretending afterwards you were just exaggerating

I'm sure the dozens of stores who've abandoned these cities because of the rampant shoplifting would be thrilled to know that I made it all up so they could reopen their stores.

Did you claim that some places in the United States have decriminalized shoplifting?
Yes
And was that statement factually true?
Nope
Now you know what decriminalized means. You learn something new every day, even as an Adult.

Shoplifting is not enforced and if by some miracle an arrest is made the thief will not be prosecuted.
When you can commit a crime with zero consequences it's effectively decriminalized.
You're playing semantics because you know you can't actually defend the idiotic policy.
