Here's the Indictment for the few of you ever inclined to, or capable of, reading such things before commenting. It's more than 3 pages long and appears to be written in decent enough English to determine that L. Halligons didn't work on it.

Pretty detailed Indictment, and they seem to have the documents to back it all up. Dickson is going to have a hard time squaring up all that money, especially the property purchases in her name. Any transfer that even touched one of her personal accounts, and there appear to be many ($$$$$$$$), is going to be hard to explain.
Important to note that the alleged victim here is BLM-OKC and a bunch of other social justice woke outfits -- not their donors. DOJ is saying Dickson embezzled from her own organization(s), and I don't see anything imputing her actions to BLM under any agency/veil theory.
Well, she knows what to say and how to get pardoned if it comes to that.
